The service
MoonNest is a bedtime-story app for families: original stories, optional narration in your recorded voice, and optional personalized stories starring your child. By using MoonNest you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You can create an account with your email address and a password, or with Sign in with Apple. One account per adult; you're responsible for activity under it. Areas involving purchases, recordings and uploads are gated for parents only.
Subscriptions & credits
MoonNest offers MoonNest Premium, an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full story library, personalized story creation, and voice narration. It is offered as an annual plan ($79.99/year) and a monthly plan ($12.99/month). Each billing period includes an allowance of 1,000 credits, which are used to create personalized stories and other extras. Monthly-allowance credits are refreshed each period and do not roll over.
You can also buy credits on their own, without a subscription, in three packs: $4.99 (500 credits), $9.99 (1,100 credits) and $19.99 (2,500 credits).
All subscriptions and credits are sold and billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. The exact price, plan and any free-trial terms are always shown on the purchase screen in the app before you confirm. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire when you delete your account.
Auto-renewing subscription
MoonNest Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period (yearly or monthly) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial with full Premium access. Trial availability and terms are shown on the purchase screen. The trial itself does not include any credits — your monthly credit allowance begins when the subscription starts. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown, charged to your Apple ID.
Managing and canceling. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds
Because all purchases are handled by Apple, refunds are handled by Apple too. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Refunds are granted at Apple's discretion under the Apple Media Services Terms. We're happy to help — email us at [email protected] and we'll point you in the right direction.
Your content
Photos and voice recordings remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the features you request. You must only record your own voice, and only upload photos you have the right to share.
Our content
Stories, artwork, music and the app itself are ours or our licensors'. They are for personal, non-commercial family use only; printable packs are for your household.
Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no scraping, no attempts to identify other users, and no unlawful content or use.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We'll post changes on this page and notify you in the app if they are material. Questions: [email protected].
